Hall of Fame Induction
Tri-Village will host
its 10th annual Hall of Fame Induction on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
Those being inducted between the junior varsity and varsity games
will be: Tammy Kimmel Miller and Nate Lindamood. The public is
invited to attend a reception held in the commons area following the
varsity game to honor the new inductees.
Tammy Kimmel Miller
Tammy is a 1987
graduate who lettered in volleyball, basketball and softball all four
years of her high school career. In volleyball she was selected as
a member of the Darke County All Star Team Honorable Mention and CCC
First Team her junior year. Tammy also earned CCC First Team
accolades in 1986 as well as holding the team records for Most Kills
in a Season, Most Attacks in A Season and Best Spike Percentage in a
Season. Upon graduation she was the school recorder holder for Most
Kills in a Season.
Tammy’s
accomplishments in basketball include CCC Honorable Mention for four
years as well as Best Field Goal percentage in a season, Most
Rebounds in a Season and All Darke County Most Rebounds Award in
1987. She was selected as an All Darke County Junior Athlete of the
Year in 1986 and finished her senior year as a United States Army
Reserve Scholar Athlete.
In softball Tammy was
a Member of the 1984 CCC Championship Team, the District Runner-Up
Team, District and Regional Championship Teams and a State Final Four
Team in 1985. In 1987 she was a member of the National Trail Spring
All Tourney Team as well as earning CCC Honorable Mention.
Nate Lindamood
Nate graduated from
Tri Village in 1991. He earned a varsity letter in golf as well as
baseball and was awarded three varsity letters in Basketball. He was
a member of our 1991 State Runner Up Team which was ranked as the AP
Number One Team in the State of Ohio. Nate’s accomplishments
include CCC First Team, District 9 All Star, Darke County Player of
the Year and Associated Press 1st Team Southwest District, all in
both his junior and senior seasons. In 1990 he earned honors as The
Associated Press Special Mention All Ohio and in 1991, his senior
season, he was The Associated Press Southwest District Player of the
Year as well as Associated Press 1st Team All Ohio.
Nate continues to hold
school records; he is listed as 8th for Career Field Goal Percentage,
5th with Most Career Points, 3rd in Most Points in a Season, 5th in
Points Per Game in a Single Season, 4th in Career 3 Pont Goals, 2nd
in Free Throw Percentage in a Singe Season, 1st in Free Throw
Percentage in a Single Season and 1st in Career Free Throw
Percentage.
