Ansonia Wall of
Fame to induct new members
Ansonia OH- On Saturday, February 14, 2015 the Ansonia Athletic Wall of
Fame Committee will induct two new members, Melissa Grilliot (Richards)
- Class of 1996 and Jim Whittington - Class of 1958.
Jim Whittington is being inducted as an Honorary Member, getting
recognized for his post high school athletic accomplishments, while
mentioning his Ansonia High School accolades.
Melissa Grilliot (Richards), class of 1996 will be recognized for her
athletic accomplishments in basketball, softball and volleyball.
A partial listing of her honors include: basketball years 9, 10, 11,
12; softball years 9, 10, 11, 12; volleyball years 9, 10, 11, 12.
Jim and Melissa will be inducted on Saturday, February 14, 2015 during
halftime of the boy’s home basketball game against Versailles.
