Introducing… Dylan
Hoover
Career Mentorship Program...
County News Online has had many opportunities to showcase the creative
efforts of some of Darke County’s young people. Dylan Hoover is not a
writer… he’s a photographer.
“I love taking pictures and experimenting with photography,” he said.
His photos show a developing talent that ranges from “interesting and
creative” to “breathtaking.”
The Greenville High School junior came to CNO through the District’s
Career Mentorship Program under Sue Huston. He has enrolled in the GHS
Career Tech Program, Interactive Media (IMTV) being taught by Lori
Hoover. During his junior and senior years, he will be concentrating on
the program in addition to his regular academic requirements.
In his “spare time” Dylan runs track and cross country for Greenville
High School, and enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee. He plans to attend
Sinclair College on graduation but hasn’t yet decided on a course of
study.
County News Online has already introduced the work of two talented
young people from Huston’s Career Mentorship program… Naiesha Thobe,
writer, and Jessica Transue, photographer. Soon we will be introducing
Austin Bell, who will be in GHS’s Computer Information Systems Career
Tech program.
