Keeping the Faith

Hi my name is Kelsi Mancillas and I am a good friend of Kalista's. She
asked me to share a bit about my experience last weekend when I went
with Pleasant View Missionary Church to a Keeping The Faith conference.
The main speaker was named, Chad Meister, and he is a professor at
Bethel College. Let me tell ya, this man knows his stuff! He has
completely dedicated his life to God and is an awesome man of The Word
and of The Lord. When we had our sessions with him, there was so much
information that I got, and it was sometimes hard to be able to keep it
all in!
I seriously learned so much. Some of the things that hit me that Chad
talked about was how well science backs up God. Our God. I was so
amazed by how well science goes with the Bible. Learning about all that
we did really built my faith!
I recommend more people to go, because you just learn so much! Another
thing I really enjoyed about Keeping The Faith is having the
opportunity to go and fellowship with other believers, meeting other
teens who love Christ and are out seeking for Him. It was truly a
blessing to see their passion and be filled up through it.
Now I'm so ready to go share my passion with the world! Thank you for
