Darke County Economic Development is now accepting applications for the Leadership Darke County Class of 2026, a program designed to develop, connect, and inspire local leaders to make a lasting impact in the community.
Leadership Darke County is a unique professional development opportunity that brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries. Participants will gain valuable insights into local government, education, business, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors while enhancing leadership skills and building strong community connections.
“Leadership Darke County empowers participants to grow as leaders while deepening their understanding of the challenges and opportunities that shape our community,” said Denise Elsas, Workforce Specialist for Darke County Economic Development. “This program continues to play a vital role in cultivating the next generation of leaders.”
Applications for the 2026 class are now open and will be accepted through October 26, 2025. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply early, as the selection process includes an interview with program coordinators.
