At the October FFA meeting, Versailles FFA members Levi Dirksen and Simon Broering were announced as the Versailles FFA members of the Month.
Simon Broering is a freshman and two year member. He has participated in monthly meetings, shop and crop, ag is cool tent, home harvest dinner, fall harvest sale, greenhand conference, college and military fair, fruit sales, blanket the world, warren davidson farm forum, senior citizens visits, and the farm bureau banquet. Simon has participated in the parliamentary procedure and greenhand quiz CDE’s and serves as our chapter’s assistant sentinel. His SAE consists of doing electrical work at Pierron Electric. Simon is the son of Jake and Christy Broering and Simon received a certificate and t-shirt for his honor. Congratulations to Versailles FFA member of the month Simon Broering.
Freshman FFA member Levi Dirksen, the son of Adam and Jana Dirksen was also named Versailles FFA member of the month. Levi is a freshman and two year member. He has participated in monthly meetings, home harvest dinner, leadership night, fruit sales, pollinator pals, shop and crop, greenhand conference, farm day and served as a host of farm day in May of 2025. Levi has participated in dairy judging, greenhand quiz and parliamentary procedure. Levi’s SAE consists of job placement on his family’s dairy farm Adam Dirksen Dairy. Levi received a t-shirt and certificate for being named FFA member of the month. Congratulations to Versailles FFA member of the month Levi Dirksen.
