Trespassing
On November 22nd, 2025, at approximately 0907 hours, I was dispatched to 928 Gray Avenue in reference to a domestic dispute/trespassing. Anna Roberts advised dispatch that her ex-boyfriend, Frankie Barker had entered her residence without permission. Anna advised dispatch that Frankie had exited the residence and was waiting out by his vehicle. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Frankie Barker who stated that Anna had told him to come over to get their three children that they share together. Frankie and Anna have three children together and do not reside together. Frankie went on saying when he arrived Anna told him to come into the residence holding the door open for him. Frankie stated when he entered the residence Anna went off on him and began arguing with him, telling him to get out of the residence. After arguing. Frankie exited the residence and waited by his vehicle. Frankie stated he had text messages and phone calls from Anna telling him to come over and get the kids. Frankie allowed me to look through their messages. Upon reviewing the messages, I was unable to find any text messages that Anna had sent telling him to come over and get the children. While speaking with Frankie, P. 0. Slade spoke with Anna Roberts. Anna informed P.0. Slade that Frankie had called her several times stating he was coming to get the kids. Anna advised she never gave Frankie permission to enter the residence and informed us he was previously warned for trespass from 928 Gray Avenue. On October 31st, 2025, P.0. Wentworth issued Frankie a warning for trespass from 928 Gray Avenue Greenville OH 45331. After discovering the trespass warning and Frankie, unable to show any evidence where he was invited into the residence or on the property, he was issued a citation for criminal trespass 2911. 21 (A) (3). Frankie was advised of his mandatory court date and time. Anna and Frankie both completed written statements and Anna completed a victims rights form for this report.
Theft (not in progress)
On November 22nd, 2025, at approximately 0848 hours, I was dispatched to 402 Fair Street in reference to a stolen temporary license plate. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Tara Brown, Tara advised while making deliveries for Insta Cart she noticed her Temporary registration was not on her vehicle at approximately 0830 hours. Tara stated her husband last drove the car and saw the license plate on the vehicle around 0400 hours this morning. Tara advised she went to Walmart in Greenville around 0600 hours and it may have been taken off during that time. I observed a doorbell camera on their residence facing the vehicle, when asking if it had picked anything up, Tara advised she watched the camera footage and it did not pick anything up. After speaking with Tara, I went to Walmart and checked security video. In the video I observed Tara parking in front of the grocery side pickup and exiting her car. approximately 45 minutes later she returned to her vehicle, when driving away I was unable to tell if the license plate was on the vehicle due to the camera quality. During the time Tara was inside of the store, there was nobody else in the area of her vehicle. The license plate is an Indiana temporary plate bearing 6861113 and has been entered into LEADS/NCIC as stolen. I will follow up with this case when new evidence is available.
