25 years Tony Stewart Racing – a success story

Indiana Motorsports Legend and owner of Eldora Speedway celebrates his Racing Teams’ 25th Anniversary in 2025 and CNO is honored having been invited to this event.

Motorsports legend Tony Stewart celebrated the 25th anniversary of Tony Stewart Racing (TSR) on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at his racing shop in Brownsburg, Ind., as his two racing teams — the World of Outlaws Sprint Car with driver Donny Schatz and the NHRA Nitro Top Fuel and Funny Car with drivers Stewart and Matt Hagan – prepare for the 2025 racing campaign.

At the event, the TSR drivers unveiled the team’s special 25th anniversary logo for the 2025 season and they also spoke on being a part of the TSR legacy.

Stewart, a NASCAR, IndyCar and USAC racing champion from Columbus, Ind., formed TSR late in 2000 and TSR has earned 28 owner championships – 14 in USAC, nine in the World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Car Series, four in the All Star Circuit of Champions TQ Midgets Series and one in the NHRA Funny Car class.

On the oval, eight different drivers have won a World of Outlaws feature while in a TSR owned car. That list includes Donny Schatz, Steve Kinser, Kraig Kinser, Danny Lasoski, Paul McMahan, Tony Stewart and Christopher Bell. Twelve different drivers have won a USAC National feature while in a TSR owned car. That list includes Bobby East, Bryan Clauson, Cory Kruseman, Dave Steele, J.J. Yeley, Jason Leffler, Jay Drake, Josh Wise, Kasey Kahne, Levi Jones (who is now General Manager of Eldora Speedway), Ricky Stenhouse Jr. & Tracy Hines.

On the drag strip (in three years), TSR Nitro has won 16 NHRA national events – 13 with Hagan and three with Leah Pruett.

CNO wishes Smoke and the team all the best for the next 25 years.
