On October 25, 2022, Darke County Patriots donated several hats, gloves and gaitors to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office Warm Winter Wear Program. Thanks to Darke County Patriots and other donors, the Warm Winter Wear project has provided children warm winter coats, hats and gloves. The donation will be given to children in need in Darke County. The Warm Winter Wear program appreciates all of the donations and contributions throughout the year.
The Darke County Sheriff’s Office is excited about this new partnership with Darke County Patriots and believes giving coats, hats, and gloves, to children in need, in the latest styles and colors, boosts self-esteem, and keeps them warm and protected from the cold winter weather.
