The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday 9am-11:30 am. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.

Nola came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of her own, they were moving and could not take her with them. We are told Nola is a 2-year-old female and her dad is a Rottweiler/ Hound mix and mom is a Husky. Nola is great around kids, good with other dogs, plays rough with cats and loves to be out in the barn protecting her property. Nola has shown us she doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter and she is learning to walk on a leash, but she responds great to her name. Nola is a very sweet girl, who loves attention. Nola did great for her nail trim, bath and exam where she weighs in at 59.2 lbs.
Zippie came to us as a stray originally and was adopted for 6 days and was returned due to Zippie not fitting in their 12-hour work schedule. We have since found out Zippie is a very sweet girl who is great with kids, loves to sleep in bed, cuddling with anyone. We believe Zippie is a 1-year-old female Whippet Mix. Zippie has shown us she knows how to sit, loves squeaky toys and attention. Zippie is a very sweet girl who walks well on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Zippie did great for her nail trim and exam where she weighs in at 29 lbs.
