GREENVILLE – Tis the season to join us for our annual Holiday Open House presented by the Friends of Greenville Public Library!
On Saturday, December 13 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., the Friends will be hosting the best Christmas party in Darke County. With live music, light refreshments, and more cookies that you can shake a stick at, it’s bound to be a hopping place! The Friends will also have Christmas books available in their year-round sale on the second floor, located in the Computer Lab. All books are available to take home for a donation of any size.
For more on the Friends Open House, or to donate cookies, please contact Craig Stickel at (937) 564-0323.
Beginning at 11 a.m., our annual Gingerbread House Party will be taking place in the second floor Reference Room. This event is open to all ages, but we do ask that an adult accompany any child that may need assistance. All materials will be provided, including candies galore for the decor and graham crackers for the house. To ensure we have enough supplies to accommodate everyone, we ask that patrons register by calling or stopping by no later than Wednesday, December 10. For more information, or to register, call the library at (937) 548-3915.
