Bonnie is waiting at the Animal Shelter for her fur-ever home

The Darke County Animal Shelter has a new dog available for adoption.

She got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and is heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.

The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.

Bonnie came to us as a stray so our knowledge about her is very limited and what we do know, is only from what we have observed. We believe Bonnie is a 5-year-old, female Husky Mix. Bonnie Is a sweet girl she has a great personality, she’s very well behaved. Bonnie has shown she knows how to sit, lay down, how to shake. Bonnie walks great on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Bonnie did great for her bath, nail trim, ear cleaning and a sweetheart during exam where she weighed in at 62 lbs.
