Three new dogs are waiting at the Animal Shelter for their fur-ever home

The Darke County Animal Shelter has 3 new dogs available for adoption.

They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.

The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.

Stubby came to us as an Owner surrender due to not his own fault. We are told Stubby is 4 months old Stubby is a Can Corso Mastiff Mix. Stubby is looking for a forever home to give him love & attention! Stubby is a very Handsome boy who has shown us he knows how to sit he still is learning how to play ball, learning how to walk on a leash Stubby love treats. Stubby doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter! Stubby did great for his exam, Nail trim, and Bath where he weighs in at 22.4 lbs.
Boozer came to us as a Stray from our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Boozer is 6 months old, Male Great Pyrenees Mix. Boozer is a happy boy who loves attention. Boozer has shown us he knows how to sit and laydown! Boozer is still learning how to play ball and Walk on a leash. Boozer will eat up all your attention! Boozer doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Boozer did great for his bath and exam where he weighed in at 38.6lbs
Bo came to us as a Stray from our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Bo is 6 months old, Male Great Pyrenees Mix. Bo is a happy boy who loves attention. Bo has shown us he knows how to sit and laydown! Bo is still learning how to play ball and Walk on a leash. Bo will eat up all your attention! Bo doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Bo did great for his bath and exam where he weighed in at 39.7lbs
