Main Street Greenville welcomed the fall!
Several organizations participated in a Scarecrow Light Pole Decorating Contest and decorated light poles on Broadway. This contest, along with a Pumpkin Decorating Contest, and the Darke County Sheriff’s Annual Warm Winter Wear Drive took place from Thursday – Saturday of last week.
The Motto of October’s First Friday was “We’ve got Spirit” and MSG invited to tailgate with them before the Homecoming game, and to enjoy the food and beverages that go along with the football madness. You could also vote for your favorite scarecrow and pumpkin and participate in the Fall Bucks Shopping Promotion and more!
Shoppers who spent $50 or more combined at downtown businesses earned a Free Pumpkin in MSG’s Pumpkin Giveaway Shopping Incentive.
And… there was a “Birthday Celebration”: Rustic Roots turned 1 on October 6… Congratulations!
