Francis, Debra, age 71, of New Madison, OH, passed away on December 27, 2025, at Miami Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Debra is preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Melda (Fannin) Cope; son, Bruce Eanes; grandchild, Rachel Robak; sister, Janet; brother Rick and a nephew, William Scott Jr. She loved quilting and gardening. She especially loved being a grandma. Debra is survived by her daughters, Jessica Reier (Brandon) and Brenda Robak; son, Brian Francis; grandchildren, Jaden & Bristol Reier, Narian Francis, Brittanie Grey, Benjamin Robak, Sophie Robak and William Robak; sisters, Patty, Linda, Barbara and Sherry, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
