Martha Marie Allread, 81 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 4:33 PM at the Village Green, Greenville, Ohio. Born in Darke County, Ohio on August 1, 1942 she was a daughter to the late William “Bill” & Ermel (Rarick) Billenstein. Martha was a member of the First Assembly of God in Greenville. She enjoyed all types of crafting including; knitting, tole painting, and basket weaving. Martha also liked to garden, can and make candy. She had worked at the Old Log Cabin with her cousin Janice, as well as at the Coachlight Dress Shop. Her most recent job was at Wayne Hospital as a housekeeper. Martha loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, and will be deeply missed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Chester Keith Allread: her brother Danny Billenstein followed soon after in death.
Survived by her children Jeff & Stephanie Allread; Lisa & Chad Shafer; Julie & Doug Hughes: grandchildren Caleb Allread & Fiancee Mikayla Wilson; Leah & Austin Brown; Kenton Allread & Special Friend Aidan O’Brien; David Shafer; Jenna Hughes; Seth Hughes: great-grandson Micah Brown: siblings Leroy & Wanda Billenstein; Carol & Jack Myers; John & Jane Billenstein; Linda & Tony Baker; Ronnie & Theresa Billenstein: sister-in-law Connie Billenstein: as well as nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may call on the family on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Celebration of Life Service to be held at 11 AM with Pastor Dale Boeger presiding. Burial to follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
