Flatter, Richard E. “Dick”, age 87, of Ithaca, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on Saturday, January 6, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth & Wava Flatter and by a sister Margann.
He retired from Lewisburg Container.
Dick is survived by his wife of 47 years, Charlene; children & their spouses, Robert (Deb) Flatter, Michael (Brenda) Flatter, Rebecca (Doug) Downing, Carolyn (Dan) Garno & Minda (Joe) Howard; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
