VERSAILLES, Ohio — Hotel Versailles, a 30-guest room and suite boutique hotel with acclaimed dining at its restaurant, Silas Creative Kitchen and Cocktails; and a full-service space for events called the 1819 Room, today announced the promotion of Jordan Luthman to general manager, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the boutique hotel and its affiliated hospitality operations. Luthman has been part of the Hotel Versailles team since 2023 and previously served as sales manager.
In his new role, Luthman will oversee daily operations of Hotel Versailles and Stillwater Valley Golf Club, along with the property’s dining, events and guest experience teams. He will focus on elevating the guest experience through attentive, personalized service, operational excellence and strengthening the hotel’s connection to the local community.
“I’m incredibly honored to step into this role,” Luthman said. “Hotel Versailles is a special place, not just because of the property itself, but because of the people behind it and the community that supports it. I’m excited to continue building on what we’ve created here and to lead our team in delivering exceptional experiences for every guest.”
Luthman has played a key role in the growth and success of Hotel Versailles, and his deep understanding of the property, its guests and the surrounding community makes him the right leader to guide Hotel Versailles and Stillwater Valley Golf Club into its next chapter.
Since joining Hotel Versailles, Luthman has led sales strategy across social, corporate and wedding segments, driving strong revenue performance while improving operational efficiency. His collaborative approach has strengthened alignment across hotel, culinary and events teams, contributing to a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Luthman is actively involved in the Versailles and Darke County communities, serving on multiple local boards and organizations, including the Versailles and Darke County Chambers of Commerce and the Darke County Visitors Bureau.
