Fayetta “Faye” R. Lines, 81, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville.
She was born on April 5, 1943, in Greenville, to the late Lewis and Margaret (Teegarden) Minnich.
In addition to her parents, Fayetta was preceded in death by her siblings, Roy Minnich, Betsy Garner, Lois Aslinger, Martha Vandergriff, Mabel Kiser, Darlene Minnich, and Phyllis Summers.
Fayetta is survived by her children, Rodney (Lorraine) Myers and Mary Dietrick, all of Greenville; her 8 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 15 great-great grandchildren.
Fayetta worked at the Brethren’s Home for over 20 years as a cook. She also worked for the Treaty Conference Center in Greenville. Fayetta was a former member of the Greenville Moose and Eagles. She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, drinking coffee, and chatting with her family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
