If you intent to have a garage/yard sale during the following days in 2024:
- Thursday, August 1st
- Friday, August 2nd
- Saturday, August 3rd
- Sunday, August 4th
it is not necessary to obtain a home sale permit.
The City has passed annual legislation that allows residents to participate in conjunction with the World’s Longest Yard Sale / 127 Event.
