Darke County Monster Mash & Food Truck Rally

The 10,000-pound monsters are returning to the Darke County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 14, 2024, for the Darke County Monster Mash & Food Truck Rally. This year there will be two action packed shows at 1pm and 7pm as the monster trucks go head-to-head in fierce competition including side by side racing, free style performances and a rockin’ wheelie contest.

The food truck rally and craft show will be a celebration of local, small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy in the United States, Ohio and Darke County. Come out and help support them during this food truck and craft show celebration. These local small businesses need your support NOW more than ever!

The food trucks confirmed so far are:

Badge’s BBQ, Bowman’s Texas Tenderloins, Buckeye Burgers, Chuck’s Foods & Concessions, Crème de la Crème Cakery, Fren-Cheese Eats, Homestead Spud, Kona Ice, Little Boijon Asian Cuisine, Martin’s Lemonade, Mikesell’s Concessions, Nacho Pig, The Gypsy Kitchen, and Timeless Tacos.

We also have several local craft vendors open from 11am-7pm in the outdoor vendor market.

Ro-Da-O-Farm from Arcanum, Ohio will have their majestic Percheron horse-drawn wagon rides for the entire family to enjoy from 2-7pm.

$5 for parking and proceeds will help Solid Rock Apostolic Church from Bradford, Ohio. Solid Rock will also be collecting non-perishable food for their annual Thanksgiving food drive to help bless families in Darke County for Thanksgiving. Stop by the registration table located across from the gazebo area to enter your name in a drawing for a chance to win over $1,000 in gift cards and prizes. You will receive an entry ticket for the drawing when you park your car at the fairgrounds. Winners will be announced each hour and can be picked up at the registration table located across from the gazebo. You can earn extra entries for each non-perishable food item you donate for the food drive.

Full Throttle Monster Trucks including American Scout, Country Strong, Funky Monkey, Stomper & Powertrain. The Pit Pass party starts at 11am for the afternoon show and 5pm for the evening show and is included with the ticket price. The Pit Pass party allows anyone with a Monster Mash ticket to get up close pictures of the monster trucks, meet the drivers, autographs and experience the thrill of a ride on a real monster truck. Monster truck rides will take place before, after, and during intermission for an additional cost per rider.
