On September 5th, 2024, Darke County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at 2241 Rush Road, New Madison, Ohio.
As a result of the search, deputies seized cocaine and methamphetamine from the residence.
Deputies are actively searching for Christopher Elliott, age 39, who has an active warrant for his arrest for violating the terms of his probation.
Additional charges on Elliott for the drugs seized are pending a review from the Darke County Prosecutor’s Office.
Elliott’s last known whereabouts were in the New Madison area. Christopher Elliott is 5’9” 195lbs.
