Do you plant with a Kinze or Case IH planter? Or do you have a Case or New Holland machine with a touch screen monitor? If the answer is yes, then you might be interested in attending one of the upcoming educational clinics with Apple Farm Service.
Apple Farm Service is excited to offer their annual line-up of free educational clinics to prepare our area farmers for another year of productive planting. This year they will be offering the following events: Kinze Planter clinics, Case IH Planter clinics, and CNH Field Ops clinics.
“This is a great opportunity for any area farmer to learn a little more about their equipment, and plan for a successful planting season.” Stated Apple Farm Service marketing manager, Kent Holmes. “Whether you purchased the equipment from us or from somewhere else, we just want you to be the most informed about your machines before hitting the fields.”
Topics at the Kinze and Case IH planting clinics include; common wear parts, annual servicing guides, calibration and troubleshooting, monitor FAQs, update kits, and changes to current and future models. The Kinze clinic will be led by Apple Farm Service’s head Kinze technicians and Kinze’s District Sales Manager, Alex Hay. Case IH’s planting clinic will be led by Case IH’s Crop Production Specialist, Matt Boom, with help from our head planter technicians.
A new addition to this year’s line-up of educational meetings will be the Field Ops clinic. Field Ops is CNH’s (Case IH & New Hollands) telematics software for mobile and desktop users. Anyone who owns a CNH machine with a 3g or higher modem (cell phone data) has access to utilize the power of Field Ops for a variety of helpful tasks. Just a few of these tasks include managing their fleet, exporting and importing prescriptions and yield data, and enabling dealerships to remotely fix their machines.
Anyone who is interested in any of these clinics are welcome to attend. All clinics are free and come with a lunch. We kindly ask you to RSVP in order to have an accurate food and chair count.
