Tracy Kemper, the 2026 BPW Young Careerist, was the speaker for the evening. Her topic was “Women Empowering Women’. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Franklin University. Kemper started her bank career at US Bank and continues her profession at Park National. Through dedication and growth she earned a promotion to Credit Analyst II and now holds the position of Loan Review Officer. Tracy credits her supervisors encouraging her and giving her the confidence to handle these positions. She urges women to empower other women around them. Accept compliments as well as give them to boost other’s confidence.
The Virginia Allen Young Careerist program is a specialty program designed to empower young professional women, helping them to hone their leadership and presentation skills. The program aims to recognize the achievements of young working women between the ages of 21 and 35 and introduce them to the many diverse opportunities available with a membership in Business and Professional Women. Participation in this program will enhance written and oral communication skills, which are critical to any profession. In addition, it is an opportunity to meet and network with other young women in the same stage of their careers. Express yourself and become a powerful woman in the workplace.
The Greenville BPW Club’s mission is to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information. The Club holds fundraisers through the year to raise money to grant scholarships to the young women of Darke County. They meet the second Thursday of every month for a dinner meeting.
