When PO asked Lloyd if it belonged to him he stated it belonged to Dustin Smith’s father which is his brother. It should be noted that it was later found that Dustin is Richard’s son but he has no affiliation with the car lot and he is not Lloyd’s brother. PO asked Lloyd what was with the Cadillac which he stated that he bought it for his “old lady”. When PO asked Lloyd how much he paid for it he again stated that it was his car lot. When PO asked Lloyd how he got the keys to the vehicle he admitted to going into the building to get the keys when no one else was there and stated that he was allowed to.
