The Darke County Animal Shelter has Izzy and Remi available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645
Izzy came to us because her owner passed away so our knowledge about her is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Izzy a 2-year-old female Terrier Mix. Izzy has shown us that she loves treats and will be your best friend with just a few pets. Izzy learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Izzy did great for her exam where she weighs in at 45 lbs.Remi came to us as a stray so our knowledge about her is very limited and what we do know, is only from what we have observed. We believe Remi is a 10 -year-old, female Lab Mix. Remi has shown us she knows how to sit, shake, loves attention and treats. Remi is a very sweet girl who is looking for her forever home. Remi is learning to walks on a leash and doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Remi did great for her exam where she weighed in at 25 lbs.
