Versailles FFA Places 3rd in State FFA Ag Sales Contest, Gehret 1st Overall State FFA Individual, Broerman 2nd Overall State FFA Individual
On Tuesday, March 10th the Versailles FFA placed 3rd in the State FFA Ag Sales Contest at Ohio FFA Center in Columbus The Versailles FFA Ag Sales team consisted of Hank Smith, Jayna Luthman, Rhylan Broerman, and Paige Gehret. Individually Paige Gehret placed 1st overall in the state and Rhylan Broerman placed 2nd overall in the state.
The State FFA Ag Sales contest consists of an online test, individual sales presentation and a team oriented sales presentation. Versailles FFA members sold Kalmbach Feed as part of their presentation which is the state selected topic.
The Versailles FFA would like to thank Ryan Langenkamp of Farm Credit-Versailles for helping coach the team, Kobe Epperly of EPPCO, Levi Richards of Kalmbach Feeds and Michael Schlumbohm of Hill Pet Foods for working with the team as well. Congratulations and Paige Gehret will be recognized on stage at the State FFA Convention in May.
