Take a break from your day and treat yourself to an hour of beautiful live music.
Darke County Center for the Arts invites you to a free midday concert on Tuesday, April 14 at 12:00 pm at Montage Cafe in downtown Greenville. This special performance features an elegant harp duo, offering a relaxing and uplifting musical experience—perfect to enjoy over lunch with friends.
Presented as part of Ohio’s inspiring Opus 88 initiative, this concert is designed to bring the joy of live music to communities across all 88 counties in the state. “Opus 88 is traveling across Ohio with a goal of sharing the joy of music with everyone,” said Executive Director Mary Kell. “This performance blends lyrical favorites with the warm hospitality of Montage, creating a truly delightful lunchtime experience.”
The featured artists are two highly accomplished musicians:
Terrilyn Shepherd, a versatile flutist and harpist, has performed and taught at respected institutions including Oklahoma State University and Ball State University. Her passion for both performance and education shines through in every note.
Abigail Bachelor, an award-winning harpist since childhood, trained at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and the Manhattan School of Music in New York. She performs regularly with the Ohio University Wind Symphony and Orchestra, as well as the Columbus Symphony Orchestra.
Together, these talented musicians will present a program of beautiful, lyrical selections sure to inspire and uplift.
