
Wanted Person
On June 22,2026 at approximately 1454 hours, I was dispatched to the Greenville Police Department in reference to Andrew Purvis turning himself in with a warrant.
Upon arrival dispatch advised the warrant was through Darke Co. and was for failure to appear on a traffic offense. I went to the lobby and arrested Andrew on the warrant. I handcuffed Andrew and then searched him incident to arrest finding no contraband.
I transported Andrew to the Darke County jail where he was released to jail staff and was incarcerated.
My cruiser 1936 was checked prior to and after transportation of Andrew, finding no contraband.
Drugs
On June 22, 2026, at approximately 2:51 P.M. I was dispatched to the alley behind 446 West Fourth Street in the City of Greenville in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The complainant advised he thought he observed a possible drug deal at 303 Chestnut Street # 1/2 which is directly behind his residence. I was aware that Gage Bradburn resides there and had an active arrest warrant for a violation of court order though Darke County Juvenile Court and must serve five days. The Greenville Police Department has also received multiple complaints of possible illegal drug activity at the residence.
Upon my arrival I observed a blue sedan parked behind the residence. I observed two male subjects walking towards the vehicle. As I was approaching the vehicle, one of the male subjects ran towards the front of the residence. Due to previous encounters, I knew this person to be Gage. I exited my cruiser and ordered Gage to stop but he continued running. I lost sight of Gage and returned to the back of the residence to speak with the individual who was with Gage, and he was identified as Todd Kuhn. Todd advised he was at the residence to pick up the Gage. It was at this time Officers secured the perimeter of the residence. Lt. Monnin obtained a search warrant for the residence. The warrant included the arrest of Gage as well as illegal drugs inside the residence. There have been numerous calls and information regarding illegal narcotics before this incident. Shortly after the warrant was signed, Officers made entry into the residence where Gage was located inside and placed under arrest, Officer Archer read the defendant is Miranda Warning. The defendant was transported to Darke County Jail by Officer Archer.
Officers secured residence, Kierra Ham was in the residence with Gage. Kierra was sent downstairs to standby with another officer.
Officers began conducting a search for illegal drugs. I located three items on a shelf in the living room, One item was an white owl container which twisted off. Once opened I observed an unknown white powdery substance. The second item was a brown cylinder that twisted off where I located an unknown white substance. I also observed a small container that was labeled “Tapeworm” medication, which said that it was in tablet form. I opened this item which contained an unknown white powdery substance. Officer Kreitzer located a box in a crawlspace near the bedroom on the Southside of the residence. This box contained two bags of Methamphetamine which tested positive during a NIK field test at the Greenville Police Department. The methamphetamine was weighed with an unofficial scale and weighed approximately 32 Grams. The box also contained a bag of suspected Fentanyl which was weighed with an unofficial scale and weighed approximately 15 Grams. The box also contained a bag of suspected LSD tabs. Officer Slade located a white draw string bag in the living room that contained a pill bottle of Suboxone tabs that were prescribed to Nicholas Neal. LT. Monnin located a mini crossbow in a box in the south bedroom along with three arrows. The Mini crossbow states on the side of it that is for use of no one under the age of 18 and states “sport use only”.
Gage will be held on charges of Aggravated Possession of Drugs for the methamphetamine. The other suspected drugs will be sent to the BCI crime lab for analysis for additional charges. The mini crossbow needs to be reviewed for potentially having weapons under disability. Photos were taken before and during the search of the residence.
A credit card belonging to Erika Hall was found on Gage when he was arrested. The credit was taken and placed into the property room at the Greenville Police Department.
