Thomas E. Royer, age 66, of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Greenville. Tom was born on July 13, 1959, the son of the Myron (Moe) Royer (dec.) and Lenore (Edger) Hittle.
In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by his sister, Cheryl (Mike) Ade; his niece, Allison (Carter) Ade-Pittard; his nephew, Ben (Whitney) Ade; his great nephews and niece, Rowan, Evelyn, Jackson and Myles.
Tom’s work experience included working for the Early Bird, Eikenberry’s IGA, Little Debbie Snack Cakes and most recently and most dearly as a cook at The Loyal Order of The Moose in Greenville. Tom loved to bowl when he was younger and enjoyed watching football. He enjoyed rooting of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. He was an avid fan of NASCAR with Dale Earnhart Jr. and Sr. being among his favorites.
A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville, Ohio on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM. There will be a Moose Lodge of Sorrows Service. Friends may call on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
