
The Versailles FFA will host “Seeds of Strength,” a community-wide mental health prevention and awareness event, on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2026, in the Versailles High School cafeteria. Doors will open at 6:00pm with the program starting at 6:30pm. Created in response to recent local losses, the initiative aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote well-being. The evening will feature a complimentary dinner catered by Mary Bergman alongside presentations from featured speakers including Nicole Noble and FFA President Rhylan Broerman along with many other helpful mental health professionals. On-site support resources, including local guidance counselors, therapists, and representatives from the “You Matter” initiative, will also be available to assist attendees. There will also be a kids program that is run and designed but the Versailles Hope Squad.
Every participant will receive a custom gift bag containing a mental health resource journal, mood tracker, essential oils, a stress ball, a T-shirt, and a planting kit complete with seeds, soil, and information on the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Admission to the event is free, but space is limited to 75 community members.
