Darke County Republican Women’s Club donates to VA

GOP Women give supplies for women vets

GREENVILLE, OHIO – The Darke County Republican Women’s Club (DCRWC) recently collected products needed by women veterans. The items collected were taken to the Dayton Veterans’ Administration (DVA) Social Services and will be given to women veterans in need.

“Our members were so very supportive of this project. We were able to collect and donate a sizeable number of items needed by women veterans in the Dayton service area.” said Jaime LeVeck, DCRWC President.

“Remembering and helping our women veterans is such a worthwhile project and our club members really did an outstanding job of donating things.” said Second Vice President Delores Ely, who delivered the donations. “The Dayton Social Services staff members seemed very impressed with the quality and quantity of items delivered.”

DCRWC is a political group founded to provide political education and legislative information; provide a wider knowledge of the principles of the Republican Party; increase the number of registered Republicans; recruit, promote, and support qualified Republican women for political office; give exposure to and work actively for all Republican candidates; and lend support to the activities of other Republican organizations. The DCRWC is a multi-generational, multi-cultural organization providing the structure and support for political activists to learn, engage, and flourish. The Club is chartered by the National Federation of Republican Women and is a member of the Ohio Federation of Republican Women.  The club meets on the second Monday evening of each month.
