Andre Thomas Shaffer, age 48 of Greenville, Ohio passed away suddenly on Friday, June 16, 2023 due to a motorcycle accident. Born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 23, 1974 he was a son to Loren Shaffer & Sara Shaffer. Andre was a graduate of Greenville High School, class of 1992. He worked for Malt Products in Dayton, Ohio. In his free time, he loved riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, playing guitar and spending time with his family. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and will truly be missed.
Survived by his wife of 8 years, Laura (Flory) Shaffer: children Zayden Flory; Kinsley Flory; Emma Shaffer; Haley & Josiah Garber; Alyssa Shaffer: father and step-mother Loren & Sara Shaffer: father-in-law Todd Flory: siblings Robert & Diana Shaffer; Steve & Lisa Shaffer: step-brother Shaun Wade: as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Friends may call on the family on Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Funeral service to follow at 1PM with Celebrant Chris Hensley presiding. Hometown Hero’s will lead the procession to Greenville Union Cemetery for Burial, where the Greenville Honor Guard will conduct Military Honors.
