Brackman Hired as New Boys Basketball Coach
The Arcanum Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Coach Kevin Brackman as the new Head Coach of the Arcanum Boys Basketball program. Kevin, who also serves the district as a middle school teacher, is ready to take the reins and continue the success of the Boys Basketball program at Arcanum.
Kevin received his degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016 where he served as a four year student assistant coach for the very successful NCAA DII Men’s basketball program. Upon graduation Kevin coached at Evansville Central High School for four seasons. During that time he served as a freshman, JV, and Varsity assistant for the basketball program where he led youth development and fundamental camps. Following the pandemic in 2021 Kevin coached one season at Houston as the JV basketball coach before accepting his current position at Arcanum as a middle school teacher and JV basketball coach.
Along with his basketball coaching background, Coach Brackman has head varsity coaching experience in other sports that includes: three successful seasons as varsity boys’ golf coach at Evansville Central High School, and a combined four seasons of boys’ and girls’ varsity tennis at Milton Union High School where he has an overall record of 40-13 and was named the 2022 MVTCA Presidential Coach of the year.

Gray Hired as New Boys Golf Coach
The Arcanum Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Coach Kip Gray as the new Head Coach of the Arcanum Boys Golf program. Kip, who also serves the district as a high school teacher and varsity girls basketball assistant, is ready to continue the success of the Boys Golf program at Arcanum.

Klipstine Hired as New Cross Country Coach
The Arcanum Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Coach Adam Klipstine as the new Head Coach of the Arcanum Cross Country program. Adam, who served as an assistant to former head coach Jon Junkins, looks to continue the success of the cross country program. Coach Klipstine also serves the athletic department as an assistant track and field coach.
