From Darke County United Way
On Saturday, August 14th there will be a Back-To-School Block Party in the Marsh Parking Lot (Martin Street) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event includes FREE backpacks, personal care items, and haircuts for any child in Darke County who needs any or all of those things. There will also be a free lunch provided.
