Barbara Lee Young of Union City, OH passed away on June 14, 2024, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on September 23, 1943, to the late Perry and Mary Russell.
Barbara loved dogs. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her family, feeding the squirrels, gardening and crocheting.
Survivors include her children Greg Young (Erica Provci) of Union City, Cheryl Mock of Union City, Lonnie (Niki) Young of Union City, Jeff (Melissa) Young of Union City, sister Catherine Gaylor of Muncie, IN, Dale Russell of Kentucky, grandchildren Betsy (Aaron) Orr of Union City, Bruce (Brooke) Boggs of Greenville, OH, Angel Boggs of Union City, Casey Young of Union City, Gery Evans of North Carolina, Kenny (Sindy) Mock of Union City, Jessica Mock of Union City, Alex (Kristen) Young, Mikaila Yoder, Destiny Young, Haili Young, Blain Yoder, Landon Gahret, great grandchildren Paisely, Cole, Rosalee, Elikai, Kayde, Karson, Jesse, Payton, Roman, Misha, Lily, Lakiesha, DJ, Jacob, Rachel, Hope, Haven, Gerry II, Eli, and Allison.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Beverly Boggs.
Visitation will take place on Thursday June 20, 2024, from 5pm to 7pm at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN with a service to follow at 7:00pm. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
