Brent Henninger, 66, of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at his home, after a long battle with cancer.
He was born on November 11, 1955, to the late Joseph and Margery (Tryon) Henninger.
In addition to his parents, Brent was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Bethany (Raymond) Gonzalez.
Brent went to Franklin Monroe Schools, and was a hard worker being self-employed during his career. Though he worked hard, he played even harder. Brent enjoyed the outdoors. Some of his hobbies included hunting, fishing, and boating on Lake Cumberland, riding four wheelers, and riding his Harley. He will be missed by many, for his onery sense of humor and his generous spirit. He will certainly be remembered for his “look” the 517 Boot Cut Levis and white wife beater. He was very proud of his grandchildren, and he loved his dog, Rex.
Brent is survived by his wife, MaryKay (Bowman) Henninger, whom he married on April 19, 1974; his children, Brandi (Eric) Edger and Brent Henninger II; his grandchildren, Dakota (Faith) Edger, Chelsi (Tommy) Bell, Madison Henninger and Selah Henninger; his siblings, Cheryl (Jim) Erbaugh, Barry (Wanda) Henninger, Melanie (Greg) Perry, Jan (Tom) Cyphers, Randy Henninger, Kevin Henninger and Charlotte Sherman; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
