The Darke County Animal Shelter has Buddy, Kate and Hank available for adoption.
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645

Buddy’s owner told us that he is great with kids and was a outside dog. Buddy is a very sweet boy who is learning to walk on a leash. Buddy doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Buddy has shown us that he knows how to sit. Buddy did great for his nail trim and exam where he weighed in at 42.2bs.

Kate’s owner told us that Kate is good with kids, housebroken and crate trained. Kate is a very sweet girl who has shown us she knows how to sit and loves treats! Kate learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Kate did great for her exam where she weighs in at 45.1 lbs.

Hank came to us as a stray so our knowledge about him is very limited, and what we do know is ONLY from what we have observed here at the shelter. We believe Hank is a 5-year-old, intact male Terrier Mix. Hank shown us that he knows how to sit, shake, love to play tug-a-war and ball. Hank loves treats and really enjoys being outside. Hank is learning to walk on a leash. Hank did great for his bath and exam where he weighs in at 56.4 lbs.
