Carol Fasnacht age 71, of Greenville went to be with the Lord at 6:45 AM on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Wayne HealthCare in Greenville.
Carol was born September 12, 1950, in Greenville to the late John & Doris (Vaughn) Gower. In addition to her parents, Carol was also preceded in death by her sister, Marge Hughes; and step-father, Harold Elson.
Carol is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob” Fasnacht; sons, Jeffrey (Angie) Howard of Versailles and Jan (Tracy) Howard of Greenville; step-children, Nikki (Dusty) Nealeigh of Greenville, Stacy (Sean) Marlow of Texas, Robert (Jody) Fasnacht of California and Ryan Fasnacht of Fairborn; step-brother, Jim (Donna) Elson of Greenville; sister-in-law, Linda (Jon) Wells of Phoenix, Arizona; 16 grandchildren; and 2 great-granddaughters.
Carol is a member of the Ansonia First Church of God. She loved going out to eat with family and friends sharing the word of God whenever she could.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Derek Specht officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in Carol’s memory.
