Cherryl Marie Buckley, 64, of New Paris, Ohio, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021, surrounded by her family at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.
She was born on August 23, 1956, in North Carolina.
Cherryl was preceded in death by her parents, Gary and Carol Brown, as well as her father-in-law Raymond Buckley.
Cherryl was a 1975 graduate of Tri-Village High School, and a member of Cedar Grove Church. Cherryl loved sewing, gardening, crafting, and shopping along with exercising with her “exercising sister” Tammy Brown. Cherryl loved her family and had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren. She loved being a part of their lives and made it a point to attend as many of their games, events, and activities as possible.
Cherryl is survived by her husband of nearly 47 years, Paul Buckley; her children, Brent (Wendy) Buckley of New Madison, Ohio, Brandon (Brook) Buckley of New Paris, Brad Buckley of New Madison, and Brittani (Russell) Wehr of Greenville; her grandchildren, Haven, Harlie, Clara, Kelsie, Riley, Reed, Wyatt, and Lathen; and her mother-in-law, Nancy Buckley; as well as numerous members of extended family and friends.
Cherryl’s family will be receiving guest on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Church Family Life Center, 373 Love Road New Paris, Ohio.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Monroe Cemetery south of Eldorado, with Pastor Gary Cloyd officiating.
