Christi Ann Bailey (Ungericht), 63, of Greenville, Ohio, and formally Ansonia, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center on September 8th, 2024. She was born on December 21st, 1960 to the late Earl and Francis Ungericht of Greenville.
Christi, also known as Chris to many, enjoyed spending her time working at Eldora Speedway in the suites, playing cards with friends and family, and spending time with her beloved granddaughter, her greatest joy. She worked for Eldora Speedway for 9 years, and before that, worked for Greenville Recovery & Wellness, formally known as Darke County Recovery, for 12 years.
In addition to her parents, Chris is preceded in death by her grandparents; her sisters Vicki (Brandon) Harris, and Sherry “Sis” (Ungericht) Prasuhn; her brothers Terry Ungericht, and Garry Ungericht.
She is survived by her children Caitlyn Bailey of Ansonia and Jason Bailey of Greenville; her granddaughter Betty Hilderbrand of Ansonia; her brother Rick Brandon of Greenville; and her sisters Connie Marker of Greenville and Brenda “Bill” Riffle of Ansonia; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Chris’ life will be held at a later date.
