Dale Frederick Hittle, Jr., 66, of Brookville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at his home.
He was born on February 10, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Dale and Lois (Daniel) Hittle.
Dale graduated from Greenville High School in 1973. He joined the United States Army in 1978 and spent 4 years honorably serving his country. When he returned home, Dale went to work for Corning in Greenville until they closed. He attended Edison Community College after he left Corning and received his Associates degree in IT. Dale enjoys playing computer games, especially role play style of games. When he was able, he liked to attend Gen Con conferences. Dale also liked to read and travel to various war memorial sites.
Dale is survived by his sister, Linda Hittle of Greenville; his two aunts, Marilyn Hittle and Helen Daniel; and several cousins.
A celebration of Dale’s life will take place at 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with Pastor Tony Price officiating.
Guests may visit with Dale’s family on Sunday from 3:00 PM until the start of the service at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
