Darke County Parks will be kicking off the Christmas season with a Double Feature Weekend. Both of the events are free.
First event will be the Candlelight Walk at Bear’s Mill on Friday, December 1st, 6pm – 9pm. Enjoy a luminary trail, music by Joseph Helfrich, refreshments, a storybook trail through the mill and Holiday shopping. Registration is NOT required for Candlelight Walk at Bear’s Mill. However, Parking is very limited and we ask that you carpool if possible.
The second event will be “Walkin’ in a Winterland” on Saturday, December 2nd, 6pm – 9pm at Shawnee Prairie Preserve. Meet Santa, decorate Cookies, roast Marshmallows by the fire and more. For this event registration is required. Click here for details and registration.
