The Darke County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying a male involved in a theft.
On July 24th, 2024 at approximately 4:22 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the Dollar General in New Madison, Ohio in reference to a theft.
During the course of the investigation, it was found that at approximately 3:35 PM, on July 24th, 2024, a male came into the store, taking several items and leaving in an early 2010’s black van, unknown make and model, with minor damage to the front driver side bumper. The Male is approximately 5’8” wearing a light blue polo, gray shorts, black shoes and a gray hat. Male was described as having light brown short facial hair.
