After 23 years of service, Darke Rural Electric Cooperative’s General Manager Ted Holsapple has announced his retirement in January 2025. Ted has been instrumental in rebuilding and expanding the co-op’s distribution system to improve reliability for our members and has served on numerous boards and committees, on which he has advocated for the needs of co-op members in rural communities across the nation.
DREC’s board has selected Brad Flora, current chief financial officer, as Ted’s successor. Brad joined DREC in 2012 and is well positioned to continue leading the co-op forward for the benefit of its members.
