Dennis C. Scott age 72, of Greenville passed away at 4:00 pm Saturday, January 1, 2022, at his residence.
Dennis was born March 19, 1949, in Greenville to the late Frederick & Alice (Botkin) Scott. Dennis was also preceded in death by his sister, Christine A. Scott; and brothers, Steve and Stanley Scott.
Dennis is survived by his brother & sister-in-law, Tom & Cindy Scott of Greenville; sister & brother-in-law, Carole & Timothy J. Dull of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and nieces & nephews, Emily (Seth) Scott Bauguess, Elizabeth Dull Stocks, Jeremiah (Morgan) Dull, Amie (Scott) Scott James, Cara (Christian) Scott Lobenstein, and Erin Scott.
Dennis retired from the family farm in Greenville.
A private family service will be held at a later date with burial in Abbottsville Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville.
