Douglas Sharp age 60, of Greenville passed away at 5:00 pm Monday, February 10, 2025, at his residence.
Douglas was born July 24, 1964, in Greenville to Maureen (Mote) North of Greenville and the late Myron Sharp. In addition to his father, Douglas is also preceded in death by his grandfather, Maurice Mote.
In addition to his mother, Douglas is survived by his grandmother, Amelia “Millie” Mote of Greenville; son, Jordan Mastern of Lebanon; grandson, Jeremiah Mastern; sister, Melissa McCoy of Florida; half-brother, Justin Sharp of Greenville; aunts, Kathy Laspada of Mason and Christine Mote of California; cousin, Joy Molinari; and nephews, Zachary Mitchell, Roman Mitchell and Wyatt Sharp.
Douglas was a member of the Greenville Eagles.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fort Jefferson. A celebration of Douglas’s life will follow at 1:00 pm at 116 Hilltop Drive in Greenville.
