The Darke County Animal Shelter has 5 “long-time residents” available for adoption (4 of them with fully or partial sponsored adoption fee).
They got the Bordatella and Parvo/Lepto/Distemper vaccines and are heartworm negative, dewormed and microchipped.
The Shelter’s visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm. Saturday only by appointment. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331 and you can reach them at 937-547-1645.

Tony shown us that he knows how to sit, shake and loves treats Tony is learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t seem mind the other dogs here at the shelter. We believe Ron is a 2-year-old, intact male Shepherd Mix. Ron is super friendly boy who just wants to be loved on and enjoys being outside. Ron loves for you to give him treats. Ron is learning to walk on a leash and doesn’t seem mind the other dogs here at the shelter.
