Freda Joan Meyers, age 90 of Greenville, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the Brethren Home, Greenville.
She was born on November 18, 1933 in Richmond, IN to the late Clyde and Louise Rodgers.
In addition to her parents, Freda is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Meyers; daughter, Tonya McConnell; and sister, Barbara Ricker.
Freda is survived by her son, Brian and Jo Meyers; grandchildren, Eric Meyers, Nichole Dickey, and Chad and Amy Ridout; 8 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was an avid bowler, loved to play bingo, and her scratch off tickets. Freda used to drive to her son and nephew to the speed rollerskating meets. She also enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Tribute Funeral Homes, New Madison Campus.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Simmons officiating. Interment will follow at Greenmound Cemetery, New Madison.
