There is a lot of great information on electronic pressure cookers—all kinds of recipes, tutorials, tips, reviews, and live cooking videos. However, despite all the information and resources, hands-on help might be what you need to fully utilize all the functions of your electronic pressure cooker.
OSU Extension, Darke County, is excited to announce our Instant Pot course for beginners! We’ve sifted through all our information and recipes and streamlined it into a perfect step-by-step learning process that is perfect for beginners.
Come and join these interactive workshops, where we learn how to use the functions of an instant pot, how to cook safely and confidently, and will prepare and sample a dish. One participant shared, “I learned a lot from this class! It was nice to find out how to use the preset buttons.” Another shared, “I would definitely recommend this class. I learned how the pressure cooker works and all the safety features.” If you are interested in learning more, or are considering purchasing an electronic programmable pressure cooker, then this workshop is for you.
